Can I purchase images using a Credit Card?

Yes, we use Paypal to process credit card transactions.

On the Checkout Page under Payment Details there is a dropdown list with payment methods.  Select ‘Paypal’ for Credit cards then click the ‘Select Payment Method’ button to confirm.  When you place your order you will be taken to a Paypal page where credit card details are entered and you can complete the transaction.

Once purchased you should be sent an email within a couple of minutes with a link to the image which enables you to download it and save it.

 

Do you have images available other than those in the photo galleries?

Yes, we we typically take hundreds of shots during an event and then filter these down to a selection of images for the gallery during the post-processing stage.  If you were at an event and can't see any images contact us with your details and any clues that will help us identify you and we can search through our image archive.

 

What sort of files are sent when I purchase an image?

We send a digital image in JPEG format.  The files size is typicall around 1MB which are suitable for printing at 10" x 8" or smaller.  Note that the actual resolution may vary depending on the post-processing of the original image.  Higher resolution files are avaialble on request but may incur additional cost.

 

Can the images be used for commercial purposes?

The licence to use the image is sold on the basis of personal use only.  Please contact us for commercial use applications.

 

Who owns the image rights?

Generally Shuttersort Limited retain the copyright of all images within our photo galleries.

 

Can we submit a story to you for publishing?

Yes, we encourage local sports clubs and event organisers to send us any articles and information on upcoming events.
